Cancellation policy
Wonder Smile Clinic requires at least 48 hours  for all bookings regarding amendments to date/time or cancellation. If the customer fails to attend or give a short notice cancellation, the clinic should require 20GBP fee* to reschedule/cancel the appointment. If there is no payment, the appointment will be forfeited.
We operate on a strict appointment schedule , so please come for yours on time or earlier- especially for late appointments and on Saturdays. Also if the customer late more than 10 minutes, we might not be able to treat him/her at the same day. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and we are sympathetic, but regrettably have to put these measures in place as non-arrivals cost the clinic hundreds of pounds every month. Management reserve the right to cancel or change any appointments for late arrival.

Refund Policy

Products:
• WonderSmile will refund or swap any unopened products returned to us in a saleable condition with an original receipt, and returned within 30 days from purchase.
• Unfortunately opened products cannot be refunded.

Treatments and Packages:
• Deposits are refundable, if a cancelation of the appointment is made more than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
• Please note that we do not offer refunds on any treatment to clients who have chosen to undertake it.
• We cannot refund any part of a package or course that has already commenced.
• We do not offer refunds on special offers that have fallen out of the offer period.

Complaints Procedure

We aim to exceed all our clients expectations and provide them a first class service and enjoyable experience. We do, however, have a complaints procedure in place and if for some reason you are unhappy with the treatment and feel you want to make a complaint or comment on the service provided. Please make sure you contact us as soon as possible after your appointment , preferably up to 10 days, so we can react and do our best. We will endeavor to deal with any matters arising promptly and efficiently.
